The studio is based in Emerald, Queensland, but more than half of recent engagements have been with clients outside that postcode — Sydney and Melbourne mostly, plus regular work in New Zealand and growing engagements across the UK, Europe and North America.

Active engagements in Australia (every state), New Zealand, and growing work across the United Kingdom, United States, Singapore and Western Europe. If you can write a clear brief, we can build the project — geography is rarely the constraint.
Some sectors translate especially well to remote delivery: SaaS founders, ecommerce operators, professional service firms, and growing brands ready to invest in serious infrastructure.
AEST base. Overlap with the regions that matter.
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:00pm AEST (UTC+10).
Live overlap windows:
- New Zealand — all working day
- Singapore / Hong Kong / SE Asia — ~6.5 hours of overlap daily
- UK & Western Europe — early morning AEST = late afternoon European time
- US East Coast — late evening AEST = morning ET (good for one call per week)
- US West Coast — late evening AEST = afternoon PT
For most projects the overlap is plenty. For tighter timelines, calls are scheduled into the relevant window and most of the work happens async around them.
How the work actually runs.
Most communication is in writing or on Loom. You watch a 4-minute Loom of this week's progress on your morning commute, leave timestamped comments, and we pick up your feedback when our day starts. The project keeps moving while you sleep.
Major decisions happen on a scheduled video call once a fortnight (or weekly if you'd rather). Small approvals happen on Slack or email. Tools: Notion, Loom, Slack, Figma, Webflow staging.
Quote in your currency. Pay how suits you.
Quotes are AUD by default, but can be issued in USD, GBP, EUR, NZD or SGD on request. Invoicing is monthly or per-milestone, paid via Stripe (cards, bank transfer in supported regions) or international wire.
GST applies to Australian clients only. International clients are invoiced GST-free under Australian export rules.
